Trong lúc làm việc trên top của work backit. Tôi quan sát thấy 1 người chuẩn bị làm việc trên thiết bị cao hơn lan can của work backit mà ko đeo dây an toàn. Tôi đã dừng a đó lại và phân tích thiết bị đó rất nhiều dầu mỡ trơn trượt có thể té ngã rất nguy hiểm. A đó vui vẻ đồng ý mặc dây an toàn và cảm ơn tôi. Viết stop card này nhắc nhở mọi người nhớ chú ý mặc dây an toàn khi làm việc trên cao. |

While winch operator was lifting single tong, one person stood close to the winch line. The line contacted him slightly.
I stopped the winch immediately. No injury occurred.
Keep clear from winch line during operation and always check surrounding area before operating. |
