Trong khi làm việc trên top của work backit tôi quan sát thấy 1 nắp thùng gỗ cao khoảng 1m thay vì nật úp xuống thì để ngửa lên để nộ ra 2 cây đinh nhọn khoảng 3 phân. Tôi đã gõ cây đinh quặp lại và chỉnh sửa lại nắp thùng gỗ tránh a,e làm việc trên đó ko để ý trống tay lên hoặc ai đó va quệt vào có thể bị thương và có thể nhiễm vi trùng uốn ván. Viết stop card nhắc nhở mọi người chú ý. |
